Evading arrest, it’s kind of an interesting offense because it’s, there’s two ways to do it. One of them is on foot obviously, a police officer is detaining you and you run, well that’s evading arrest. Another one is in a car and it doesn’t mean that you’re driving a hundred miles an hour, like you know you see on TV. You know they follow them along the way forever, that doesn’t have to be that. It can be that you’re driving six miles an hour it doesn’t matter there’s no actual speed that has to be that but what it is is you’re not pulling over when the police tell you to pull over and you know that’s gonna be up to you and the police officer on what that distance is but what I always tell people’s pullover when you have a safe place to pull over do that as soon as possible after you know you’re being stopped.
