I see a lot of people, for example I had a lady the other day and she had 6 pounds of methamphetamines in her car, actually in a bean bag in her car, and she was originally charged in state court and it was moved to federal court because of the amount of substance that she had. I am licensed in the federal court system and its actually unique, you don’t have to be licensed other than just being a lawyer to go into most courts. Federal courts are different, you have to actually be licensed in the federal court, not every lawyer can do that, but I am licensed in federal court and we do handle federal cases.
