Will I Be Drug Tested While on Probation?

The answer to this question depends on the outcome of your case. In the Dallas area, if you are placed on probation, a condition of the probation is drug testing.

It will typically only be one test per month and will only last for the short time you are on probation. Any amount of THC (Marijuana) will show on the test. If any shows up, your probation could be revoked.

Some of my clients do not want to be drug tested, so they choose to do a short amount of jail time instead. While I never want any of my clients to go to jail, some people want to get it over with and get on with their lives.
